These terms cover our website at womenintriuk.org, our community app at app.womenintriuk.org and its mobile versions, and our challenges app at challenges.womenintriuk.org. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Our programmes have their own terms. If you apply to the First Triathlon Programme, the Mentorship Programme or any other programme or event, the terms for that programme are provided as part of the application and apply alongside these.
Using our website.
Our website is open to everyone. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain access to parts of it that are not meant to be public.
The Women in Tri UK Community App.
The app at app.womenintriuk.org, and its mobile versions, are provided for members of the Women in Tri UK community. Access depends on a current membership and may end when your membership does. The app is for members aged 18 and over.
Our community guidelines apply everywhere in the app, including community chats and direct messages between members. In short: be kind, keep the community's spaces on topic, respect other members' privacy, and do not share other people's information or our members' discount codes outside the community. We may remove content, remove access to particular chats, or remove access to the app, where these terms or our community guidelines are not followed.
Content you share.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow us to display it within the app to other members. You are responsible for what you share, and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Direct messages.
Direct messages are private conversations between members. Women in Tri UK does not monitor them. You can block another member at any time, and you can raise anything that concerns you with our team using Message the team.
The Pre-Loved Kit Swap.
Listings are placed by members. Any sale, swap, donation or exchange is arranged directly between the members involved. Women in Tri UK takes no payment, is not a party to any transaction, gives no warranty about any item, and may remove any listing. Please take the same care you would with any private sale.
Member discounts and partner offers.
Discounts shared in the app are provided by our partners and are for the personal use of our members. They may change or end at any time, and the partner's own terms apply. Please do not share codes outside the community, unless approved.
The Challenges App.
Our challenges app at challenges.womenintriuk.org is used for time-limited community challenges. Entry is arranged separately, and challenge data is deleted a short time after each challenge ends. Taking part in physical activity is at your own risk, and you are responsible for making sure you are fit to take part.
Availability.
We do our best to keep our website and apps running, but they are provided as they are. We cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or withdraw features.
Our content.
The Women in Tri UK name, logo, and the content we publish belong to us or to those who licensed it to us. Please do not reproduce it without asking.
Ending access.
We may remove access to our apps where these terms or our community guidelines are not followed, or where a membership ends. You can leave at any time using Leave in the app's settings, or by emailing us.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
