Training for a swim, bike, run or triathlon event can feel daunting, but you do not have to do it alone. Women in Tri UK brings together women across the UK who support one another at every stage of their journey, whether that is learning to swim, building confidence on the bike, training for a 5k, or preparing for a full-distance triathlon.
We are a swim, bike, run and triathlon community. You do not need to do all three disciplines. You do not need to call yourself a triathlete. You do not need to be training for a race at all. If you are curious, starting out, returning after a break, or chasing a big goal, you belong here.
All questions are welcomed with encouragement. All experiences are respected. Here you will find practical advice, honest conversations, and unwavering support to help you move in the way that feels right for you.
We are not just about finish lines. We are about removing barriers so that when you want to swim, bike, run or try a triathlon, you can do so with confidence, community, and joy.

Women in Tri UK is committed to increasing gender diversity across swim, bike, run and triathlon by breaking down barriers to participation.
While we place a strong focus on supporting beginners and first timers, women of all abilities are welcome. Whether you are just starting out, returning after a break, or experienced and ready to mentor others, there is a place for you here.
Our UK-wide network includes regional channels to help women connect locally, creating a genuinely safe and supportive space where open conversations can thrive. Our support includes:
