About the Event

Many triathletes focus on swim, bike, and run but overlook the key elements that unlock performance and longevity in the sport and can often ignore niggles.


In this talk, Harriet will break down why strength and conditioning, effective recovery, and proactive physiotherapy are essential for performance. She’ll explore how to build a stronger, more resilient body, reduce injury risk, and ultimately improve performance across all three disciplines.


Whether you’re new to triathlon or training for your next race, this session will give you practical, evidence-based insights to help you train smarter, recover better, and stay consistent and enjoy your sport.


Harriet MacRae is a sports physiotherapist specialising in endurance athletes, with a passion for helping triathletes, runners and cyclists perform at their best and stay injury-free.

With a background in medical physiology and a Masters in physiotherapy, she has worked across private practice, professional football and cycling events. Now based…
