Sea + Flo: Your Period Upgrade

Harriet and Hannah, best friends, set up Sea + Flo 2.0 last year out of a passion to help women upgrade their periods by using menstrual cups. Harriet likes to dabble in triathlons, endurance cycles and ultra marathons, and knows first hand what a game changer using a menstrual cup can be, for most women, but especially for those in sport. She has always had Hannah's nursing knowledge to rely on when needed. Together they hope to shake the taboo and create a safe space to start conversations about our bodies and menstruation, and offer education and advice on switching to a more practical, comfortable and sustainable product.
