About the Event

Whether you're lacing up your trainers for the first time or working your way up to a marathon, this fully coached session from Women in Tri UK will give you the tools and confidence to enjoy running at your own pace.


Led by expert coaches, this women-only session focuses on technique, breathing, pacing, and building running confidence – all in a supportive and welcoming environment. All abilities are welcome!


What you’ll learn:

  • Warm-up routines and technique drills

  • Breathing and pacing strategies

  • Run-walk approaches for beginners
