About the Event
Do you ever find yourself loosing motivation or focus with training? Do the self-doubt thoughts keep creeping in and distracting you from your workouts? Then this session is for you!
Leading this sesssion will be Beatrice, who is an experienced runner and triathlete/duathlete who has raced most distances up to ironman. These days she is less competitive herself and trains for enjoyment and the odd race, but as a strength and running coach works with age group and recreational triathletes on a regular basis. She has more recently gained a MSc in Sport Psychology and created her business, "Body to Mind Performance" where she uses her newly gained skills in her coaching and mentoring and delivers sessions that focuses on how the mind can support sports performance but also recovery from injury.
