About the Event
Rebecca is a Registered Sports and Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) with a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, specialising in endurance performance. She first discovered the power of proper fuelling while training for her first marathon. Now, through her practice, Eat Well Perform Better, Rebecca helps runners and triathletes fuel their training and racing with practical, evidence-based strategies that support performance, consistency and recovery. She brings extensive personal experience to her work, having completed multiple ultras, several road marathons and a wide range of trail marathons. By the time of this talk, she will have completed the Arc of Attrition 25, a challenging trail marathon along the coast path in Cornwall.
