About the Event
New Year’s resolutions are like gym memberships in January: full of hope, energy, and idealism… and usually abandoned by February. Dark mornings, freezing rides, and sluggish runs don’t care about your lofty promises. Even the most motivated triathletes can find themselves binge-watching Netflix instead of logging miles.
This workshop isn’t about wishful thinking or motivational pep talks. It’s about what to do when motivation vanishes. You’ll learn practical mental skills to work with unhelpful thoughts, reconnect with your purpose, and make values-based choices that keep you training through winter, even on the days you’d rather hibernate.
The goal isn’t perfect motivation. It’s sustained commitment, flexibility, and showing up for what truly matters.
